The ideal candidate is Xactly-certified, a programming expert in incentive plan design, and well-versed in annual sales planning, comp structure design, and strategic execution. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Design, configure, and maintain sales compensation plans in Xactly Commissions, ensuring accurate calculation and timely payout cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual).Collaborate in annual sales planning: model, document, and implement incentive strategies and comp plans aligned to sales goals .Serve as the internal subject-matter expert (SME) on incentive compensation—analyzing plan effectiveness, proposing enhancements, and acting as a resource for cross-functional stakeholders.Manage system setups for new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations, coordinating with HR, Payroll, Sales Ops, and Finance.Build, document, and maintain robust processes—SOPs, internal controls (SOX compliance), audit trails, and user guides.Respond promptly to commission-related inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and provide clarity around plan mechanics. Conduct ad-hoc analytics, “what‑if” modeling, and regular reporting to inform and optimize comp plan design and cost forecasting.Why Join Us?Opportunity to lead and shape our sales incentive programs end-to-end.Work alongside Sales Ops, HR, Payroll, and Finance in a strategic, collaborative environment.Influence annual planning and compensation strategy execution.Bring clarity, rigor, and structure to comp processes while mentoring others.Thrive in a high-performance team that's committed to documentation, process governance, and transparent communication.
